12+ months contract position for a Data Center Program/Project Manager in Germany (remote with some travel)
Our client is seeking experienced Data Center Program/Project Managers to support critical data center initiatives. These roles sit within a high-visibility portfolio supporting senior leadership and will focus on delivering complex programs and projects while driving process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data center-related programs and projects from intake through delivery
- Drive process improvement and operational excellence across assigned initiatives
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and intake prioritization
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Support continuous improvement efforts using structured methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience in a data center environment (required)
- Proven Program or Project Management experience
- Strong ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- ITIL certification
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent process improvement credential)
- Experience supporting large-scale technology or infrastructure programs
