We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior developers who are eager to grow their software engineering skills and contribute to real-world projects in a collaborative environment.

You will work closely with senior engineers, product teams, and designers to build, test, and maintain scalable software solutions while gaining hands-on experience with modern development practices.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and systems

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality standards

• Work with APIs, databases, and system integrations

• Support deployment, release processes, and basic system maintenance tasks

• Follow Agile/Scrum development processes and participate in team ceremonies

• Document technical designs, code changes, and development processes

• Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and tools

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar

• Understanding of software development fundamentals and object-oriented programming (OOP)

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL

• Familiarity with Git or version control systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Internship, academic projects, or personal development projects are a strong advantage
