Join our Immigration department as an Immigration Administrative Assistant located in our WarsawCenter of Excellence office (remote).Position Summary This position will provide direct support to our paralegals and case coordinators. Highly collaborative group working closely together in a fast-paced environment to process a high volume of business immigration notices. Key Responsibilities
- Notifies clients and foreign nationals of approvals and receipt notices and any scheduling notices (fingerprints, interviews, etc.).
- Processes incoming and outgoing correspondences, including preparing UPS mailing envelopes.
- Maintains client files.
- Assists with data and time entries requests.
- Updates information and uploading documents into an immigration case management system.
- Manages various administrative duties including maintaining INSZoom case management and FileSite document management databases.

- Ability to maintain high standards and seek out ways to contribute and anticipate needs.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with immigration processes and filings is preferred.
Qualifications & Prior Experience
- Minimum of 6 months to a two years experience in law firm/professional services office environment and administrative experience supporting multiple people in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Prior immigration experience and/or law firm experience is a plus.
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with case management systems such as INSZoom is preferred.

- Be a Polish citizen living in Poland or a foreign national living in Poland with the right to work in Poland without a work permit.
