We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our European HR team whose primary focus will be on enabling FUJFILM Healthcare to find, attract and hire top talent. In addition, we need someone improve the visibility and credibility of our talent brand. This role will require someone to ‘build the bridge while crossing it’.

This is a remote position with occasional travel required to our HQ in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Market open positions via the company’s careers page, LinkedIn and job boards
  • Source candidates utilising social media, resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, etc.
  • Engage with active and passive talent and connect them to current job opportunities
  • Pre-screen candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person interviews
  • Evaluate applicants and submit top candidates for hiring manager review
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Anticipate future talent needs and work to develop pools of passive candidates to fill vacancies

Required Skills and Experiences:

Proven sourcing and headhunting capability with an existing network in the healthcare/medical (active devices) market across Europe is essential

• Previous in-house exposure is an advantage but not essential

• Experience in managing the entire recruitment life-cycle

  • Experience establishing a talent brand with all related tools and deliverables

• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written. Any additional European languages relevant to the region of coverage would be an advantage

• Capable of building strong relationships across all business functions and levels

• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners and other key internal stakeholders to ensure knowledge is shared appropriately

• An attention to detail, quality focus and tendency to go the extra mile

• Team-orientated approach with a “European” perspective

• A resourceful, hands-on individual with a strong customer service orientation

• Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects

• Self-motivated, self-starter who is drive by a need for results

• Able to work and thrive in an ever-changing environment

• Willingness to embrace and live our company values (Innovation, Responsibility and Collaborative)
