What You’ll Do As Our Engineering Lead, You Will

• Set the vision & strategy: Define our multi-year engineering strategy, turning company objectives into clear priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Create a culture of leadership excellence: Strengthen and mentor the your managers, ensuring our leaders grow as fast as the business does.
• Drive delivery & governance: Oversee portfolio governance, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and accountability across teams.
• Shape technology direction: Define architectural principles and a 12–24 month platform roadmap that balances innovation, reliability, scalability, and risk.
• Champion quality & compliance: Set engineering standards, enforce secure-by-design policies, and ensure audit readiness, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Embrace AI-first engineering: Institutionalise AI-assisted practices, ensuring adoption is ethical, compliant, and productivity-driven.
• Be the face of Engineering: Represent the function in executive forums, customer conversations, and strategic vendor relationships.
• Maximise impact, minimise waste: Lead financial planning for engineering, ensuring resources are invested where they create the most value.

What You Bring You’re an inspiring technology leader with a proven record of scaling engineering organisations in SaaS. You bring:

• 10+ years in senior engineering leadership
• Proven success scaling teams in SaaS / remote-first environments
• Strong architectural & investment decision-making skills
• Secure-by-design & compliance literacy
• Experience driving AI-augmented engineering adoption
