What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a high-volume, fast-paced executive office with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.
- Partner with the Executive to prioritise matters and initiate action exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality to facilitate the optimal use of the Executiveâs time.
- Coordinate the Executiveâs diary appointments, records and correspondence, and travel arrangements and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of the Executiveâs directorate.
- Collect, analyse and interpret workforce data to support HR reporting, identify trends and support strategic decision making
- Prepare briefs and other documentation for the Executive, and oversee the tracking and approval of briefing materials.
- 5 weeks annual leave.

How To Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Minimum Diploma qualifications in Business Administration or a relevant field, equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Experience in providing confidential secretarial and administration support services to a senior level.
- Experience in agenda preparation, taking and transcribing minutes and collation and distribution of meeting papers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal, negotiation, training and liaison skills.
- Highly developed problem-solving, coordination and organisational skills with sound judgment and initiative in the resolution of urgent issues and setting priorities.
- Experience in the use of electronic email systems, MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and databases, including data gathering and preparation of reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as part of a team, in a high volume work area.
