Your tasks:

• Recruiting for open positions: addressing relevant candidates (passive & active job seekers), reviewing resumes, screening candidates through phone/video interviews, coordinating professional interviews, post-interview follow-up etc.
• Maintaining strong, professional relationships with the hiring managers and clients throughout the recruitment process; from initial Kickoff call to offer acceptance
• Regularly managing candidate database and maintaining communication with candidates
• Working collaboratively within a team and across company to share best practice and specialist knowledge within the firm
• Managing the whole recruiting process
• Developing trust relations with the clients and with the candidates

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment
• Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
• Very Good English
• Ambitious, dynamic personality, good time management skills
