Note: This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that is 5-20 hours per week at $50 per hour (up to $1k/week). It can be done remotely and can be done both alongside or instead of full-time employment.
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced customer service professionals who can help train their latest language model on customer service and support tasks.
We're looking for senior representatives and team leads with 5+ years in high-volume customer service environments at top companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core service workflows: complaint resolution scripts, escalation documentation, customer communication drafting, refund and policy application cases, and service quality assessments.
Compensation: $50/hour
Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1k/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: April
Qualifications:
- Senior customer service rep or team lead with 5+ years at a top company
- Strong expertise in complaint handling, escalation management, and customer communication
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
