Recruitment Partner - Management Consulting (EM-level placements)

At Ethos AI, we work with the world's leading AI model labs - helping them source elite domain experts for AI evaluations and post-training. These are part-time, remote engagements at exceptional rates (e.g. $4,000/week for 20 hours/week), built for high-calibre professionals who want to earn significantly on a flexible, part-time basis.

We're now partnering with a small number of specialist consulting recruiters to help us reach the right people. If you have a genuine, warm network of top consultants at world-leading firms, we want to talk.

The opportunity

• We share our placement commission 50/50 with you for 12 months from each candidate's start date
• You monetise your broader network - whether that's consultants supplementing their income, those actively exploring a move who want to earn well while they search, or anyone in between who would welcome $4,500/week for 20 hours of flexible remote work
• There is no exclusivity requirement and no volume commitment - this works around your existing business

Who we're looking to place

Engagement Managers at top management consultancies (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain) - consultants with strong structured thinking, cross-industry expertise, and the analytical depth to evaluate complex AI model outputs across business domains.

Who we're looking to partner with

The ideal partner will have:

• 5+ years placing or headhunting exclusively within management consulting or strategy search at MBB level
• Warm, direct relationships with Engagement Managers at McKinsey, BCG, Bain and other top firms

If your network skews generalist or below MBB level, this is not the right fit.
