Junior Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about bridging business needs with technical solutions, enabling impactful Salesforce implementations while gaining valuable industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior Business Analysts and Solution Architects in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft detailed User Stories and acceptance criteria
• Support teams in converting business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions
• Participate actively in workshops, meetings, and requirement sessions to capture critical business inputs
• Help manage project documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and updates
• Coordinate administrative tasks that ensure project progress remains organized
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and collect feedback from users
• Explore and stay updated on Salesforce functionalities and industry best practices

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Salesforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude towards learning
• Ability to work collaboratively in team settings
• Minimum 1 year of experience or background with Agile methodology or related practices
