This isn't one of them.

We're supporting a global consulting business on the growth of its AI Accelerator team, a group responsible for turning everyday business challenges into practical AI solutions that are actively used by consultants around the world.

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll work directly with consulting teams to identify inefficiencies, automate manual processes and build AI-powered applications that create measurable impact across the organisation.

You'll have the freedom to experiment with the latest AI technologies whilst delivering solutions that move beyond prototypes and into real-world adoption.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside consultants and business stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, automate repetitive work and enhance project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include

• Designing and developing AI-enabled workflows, automations and lightweight applications
• Building reusable accelerators, templates and tools that can be deployed across global teams
• Leveraging technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot and modern LLM frameworks to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions
• Integrating APIs, data sources and enterprise systems to streamline business processes
• Evaluating AI use cases and determining the most effective technical approach
• Supporting adoption through demonstrations, coaching and stakeholder engagement
• Ensuring solutions align with responsible AI, governance and data protection principles
• Contributing to the wider AI strategy and innovation roadmap

What We're Looking For

We're interested in builders.

People who enjoy taking an idea, understanding the problem behind it and developing a practical solution that delivers value

• You'll likely have :2-5 years' experience building digital, automation or AI-enabled solutions
• Experience developing applications, workflows or automation tools in a commercial environment
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript or Typescript
• Experience with workflow and low-code platforms such as Power Platform, n8n or Streamlit
• Experience working with APIs, integrations and workflow orchestration
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or GitHub CoPilot
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, and the ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
