We’re looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support executive leaders including our Chief Revenue Officer and General Counsel. This dynamic role requires a keen sense of prioritization, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism across diverse initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple high-level priorities while maintaining a strong service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders, representing the executive team with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and coordinate offsites handling logistics and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Assist in project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables and milestones across initiatives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and efficiency, ensuring the executive team’s priorities are seamlessly executed.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure seamless coordination across leadership.
- Provide administrative and operational support including file management, presentation preparation, Confluence updates, board and corporate governance coordination and reporting.
- Manage financial processes such as tracking budgets, processing expenses, overseeing purchase orders and ensuring alignment with financial guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Iron Clad, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and virtual meeting platforms).
Compensation
- Salary: $105,000
