Part-Time Customer Support Representative (Remote – US-Based)
Pay: $10/hour
Location: Remote (United States only)
Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time
We are looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in customer service while maintaining a flexible schedule. You will be the first point of contact for our U.S. customers, assisting them via phone, live chat, and email.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer questions or concerns
Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and resolutions
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we welcome motivated beginners
Comfortable handling phone, chat, and email support
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
