An innovative start-up in the sustainability space is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the build of a next-generation web application. Their platform supports businesses in measuring, managing, and reducing their carbon footprint — making climate action simple and accessible.

The Role:

• Lead the development of a scalable, data-focused web application.
• Migrate and modernise an existing Excel-based tool into a user-friendly web platform.
• Integrate AI-based functionality (OpenAI API or similar) to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and customer teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and help shape the growing tech team.

Tech Stack:

• Node.js, Angular, Vue, React
• Strong experience with data-heavy platforms
• Bonus: experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS/LESS) and AI integrations

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years' experience in full stack development
• Track record of delivering scalable applications
• Experience leading projects in dynamic environments (start-ups a plus)
• Must be UK-based and have the right to work in the UK
