Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an Experienced Broker. The primary responsibilities involve assisting clients with property transactions, identifying potential investment opportunities, conducting market research, and negotiating deals on behalf of clients. The Broker is expected to provide expert financial advice, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve successful investment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Property Transactions, Property Investment, and Financial Advising
• Exceptional consultative skills alongside relationship management and client interfacing abilities
• Proficiency in Market Research and an in-depth understanding of market trends and insights
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing deals effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Documented history of client success and a strong professional network, specifically within the real estate or investment sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in a broker or investment consultant role is required
