This is a full-time, remote-work-at-home position. DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
This position requires excellent English communication skills, a fast laptop, and a stable internet connection.
Goals:
- Expand DesignRush’s global network by building strong relationships with agencies, brands, and media contacts.
- Generate a steady stream of qualified leads for the Sales team through consistent, high-quality outreach.
- Support revenue growth by nurturing prospects and guiding them effectively through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and global agencies and brands
- Use all forms of outreach channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to connect with potential clients
- Make pre-sales calls to qualify and generate leads for the sales team
- Conduct Digital PR outreach to establish relationships with publishers, journalists, and media outlets to strengthen brand visibility
- Perform targeted online research to identify new prospects
- Send and manage 50-70 personalized outreach emails per day
- Use CRM tools to organize, track, and optimize outreach activities
- Provide daily and weekly performance reports on outreach, leads, and engagement
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, link-building, or digital PR roles
- Proficient English writing and speaking skills
- Experience conducting cold calls and high-volume outreach
- Skilled in targeted online research to identify potential leads and media contacts
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for organizing, tracking, and optimizing outreach activities
- Comfortable using web and digital research tools to support outreach initiatives
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time management skills
- Knowledge of marketing, digital PR, design, or technology principles is a plus
- Available to work EST hours (4 am – 1 pm)
