Position: Financial Advising Expert

Referral Partner: Crossing Hurdles

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $70–$95 per hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 1–2 months (with potential extension)

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated financial plans and advisory outputs for accuracy, compliance, and client relevance.
• Calibrate investment and retirement planning models to ensure financial soundness and client suitability.
• Simulate and audit workflows such as asset allocation, risk profiling, and retirement income planning.
• Review and refine AI-produced reports, recommendations, and strategic financial documents with a focus on real-world client needs.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI and product teams to improve the reliability and trustworthiness of AI-driven advisory systems.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or in related advisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (CFP, CFA, CPA, ChFC) are a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of financial planning principles, including retirement, estate, and investment planning.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial strategies.
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory standards, and fiduciary responsibilities in financial advising.
