Finance Manager of FP&A UK & IE

Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire | Type: Remote | Salary: Competitive salary

Hyra is working on behalf of Arrow Electronics, Inc. to hire for the position of Finance Manager of FP&A UK & IE. This leadership role oversees a team of five financial analysts responsible for management accounting and FP&A activities across the UK and Ireland. The manager will serve as a key business partner to the Executive Board while ensuring rigorous compliance within a SOX-controlled environment.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and mentor a team of professional accountants and analysts to ensure high service levels

• Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly results forecasting for UK and IE entities

• Direct all accounting processes related to billings, gross profit, and revenue recognition

• Partner with Divisional Directors and the Executive Board to provide variance analysis and reporting

• Oversee sales commission plans, FX management, and inventory obsolescence analysis

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a senior FP&A or management accounting leadership role

• Strong technical knowledge of revenue recognition and SOX compliance frameworks

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems, specifically MS Dynamics AX

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the board level

• Must have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for security vetting if required
