Position: Finance Business Partner – AI Trainer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $ 60 - $90/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 to 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and refine financial models and forecasts to support AI training and decision making.
• Translate complex financial data into structured insights usable by AI systems and business teams.
• Lead budgeting activities and variance analysis to reflect real world finance scenarios in AI workflows.
• Design and deliver finance focused AI training modules aligned with best practices and market trends.
• Create reports and dashboards to track financial KPIs and continuously improve AI learning outcomes.
• Communicate financial concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic finance advisor, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI driven solutions.

Requirements

• BSc in Finance or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis within a business partnering role.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align finance to organizational goals.
• Advanced expertise in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused approach.
• Experience working with technology or AI teams is strongly preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel, financial planning systems, and data visualization tools.
• Self starter capable of operating independently in a fast paced remote environment.
