Position: Electronics Engineers – AI Trainer

Compensation: $59 – $114/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Full-time

Role Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and test electronic components and systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific applications.
• Apply electronic theory and materials science knowledge to develop advanced circuits and systems for telecommunications, aerospace, instrumentation, and related applications.
• Utilize computer-assisted engineering and CAD tools for electronic systems development and optimization.
• Evaluate engineering projects to ensure technical adequacy, performance, and industry compliance.
• Coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and modification activities for electronic systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to align projects with technical and operational goals.
• Mentor and guide AI systems and training workflows to improve electronics engineering knowledge modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a closely related discipline (excluding computer engineering).
• Strong foundation in electronic theory, circuit design, and materials science.
• Proven experience with CAD tools and computer-assisted engineering software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong technical documentation capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Experience coordinating projects within cross-functional remote teams.
• Passion for mentoring and supporting AI-driven engineering training initiatives.
• Experience in RF engineering or RFID technologies is advantageous.
• Background in aerospace, telecommunications, or military electronics R&D is preferred.
• Prior experience in AI training or technical education roles is a plus.
