Graphic Designer – Freelance Contract

A removals and logistics company is seeking a freelance graphic designer to create a clean, modern, and sales-focused portfolio brochure for use in both print and digital formats. The project involves designing a 4 to 6-page (A4 or A5) portfolio with a premium yet minimal aesthetic, tailored for presentations to real estate agencies, property stylists, and business partners. The content will include company information, service offerings, provided photos, and differentiators that set the business apart. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clarity, purpose-driven design, and experience producing professional materials for service-based or logistics businesses. This role offers the potential for ongoing collaboration on future projects such as flyers and social media content. Deliverables

• Design a 4–6 page portfolio/brochure in A4 or A5 format with a premium, minimal style
• Incorporate provided content and imagery, ensuring clarity and a strong sales focus
• Deliver print-ready PDF, editable source file, and a version optimized for digital sharing
• Ensure the final product is suitable for presentations to real estate agencies, property stylists, and business partners
• Provide examples of similar work, especially for service-based or logistics clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, professional print and digital work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate provided content and direction into compelling visual presentations
• Experience designing for service-based or logistics businesses is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
