Benefits Analyst | Remote

Position: Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialists

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $65–$115/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design occupation-specific questions and scenarios based on real-world compensation, benefits, and job analysis practices.
• Apply professional expertise in total rewards, job evaluation, and workforce analytics to support AI research and evaluation.
• Create structured content reflecting compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and job classification methodologies.
• Review and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, compliance, and clarity.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams while working independently.

Requirements

• Strong full-time professional experience in compensation, benefits, or job analysis roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills for policy, analytical, and technical content.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
