Position: AI Engineer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $70 - $120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions using large language models and machine learning techniques.
• Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world AI challenges.
• Evaluate model performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Document workflows, experiments, and results with clarity and precision.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and propose innovative approaches.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in AI engineering and delivering AI-driven solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks.
• Deep understanding of large language models and deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in remote, distributed environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
