Work from HomeCompensation 1099 (100% commission) Year 1 average: 50K to 80K (Will ramp up in first year) Year 2 average: 80K to 180K Years 3 and beyond: Potential to earn 200K to 400K plus Note: This is a full-time role. No real estate experience is required thanks to their industry-leading training program. What You Will Do Represent and negotiate on behalf of healthcare clients Manage a pipeline of multiple practices each year Analyze locations and commercial property options Guide clients through purchase or lease decisions Build relationships with vendors and referral partners Provide education and insight throughout the transaction process Who We Are Looking For At least 3 years of proven sales or business development success Strong communication and presentation skills Tech-savvy with tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, Salesforce, and DocuSign Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving ability Confident in high-stakes negotiations and decision-making Ability to manage multiple deals and clients at once Top Agent Traits Integrity and client-first mindset Ability to build trust and strong relationships Strong work ethic and goal orientation Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment A history of success and achievement Competitive mindset and drive to overcome challenges Additional Information Real estate experience is not required.
