The Opportunity The Software Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates or up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about software engineering and eager to build their technical skills. The Software Engineer will work under the guidance of senior engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions and learn industry best practices. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using Python, Java, and other technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to gain feedback and improve coding skills.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues with the guidance of senior developers.
• Learn and apply security best practices in the software development lifecycle.
• Support the integration of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint goals.
• Document software components and development processes.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python, Java, or other programming languages. 0-4 years of experience
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and software development concepts
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and accept feedback.
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or similar is a plus.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is beneficial.

Understanding of version control systems like Git is a plus Compensation & Benefits The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $106,000 in our lowest geographic market to $159,000 in our highest geographic market. The actual base salary will be determined by various factors, including the position’s location, job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and relevant education or training.
