Who we are:

Convert.ai is a company founded by a serial head of Marketing at VC-backed startups. We help companies grow their sales, with clients from SEMRush to Microsoft. This is a remote role for someone highly autonomous, self-driven, and with past experience making b2b cold calls.

Who we’re looking for:

You’re looking to join the ground floor of a fast-growing company. You want to work directly alongside an experienced founder and learn the playbook for B2B sales, prospecting, and build a book of business. You’re ambitious, driven, and resourceful. 

Responsibilities:

•Create crisp, compelling messaging and scripting to engage decision-makers.

•Conduct hundreds of calls, corresponding with high-level VP’s and Directors.

•Use a mix of software to develop relationships over emails, calls, and social media.

Must have’s:

•Extraordinary communications skills. People who meet you consider you to be a remarkable communicator. You can convey ideas easily, and you can hold a conversation for as long as you'd like whether it’s over the phone or in writing.

•Working knowledge of B2B cold calling techniques. You've cold called before to a US audience.

•Track record of being a highly motivated problem-solver.

•Native English speaking proficiency.

Awesome if you:

•Have prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or Recruiting.

•Can show you're competitive, gritty, and resourceful. What projects have you started, owned, and brought to fruition?

•Live and breath technology. The Internet and you are One. You live out of your inbox.
