As our Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals while serving as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders. This is not a transactional recruiting role — it is a strategic leadership position designed for someone who balances people leadership, executive search expertise, and operational excellence in a complex healthcare environment.

You will model consultative recruiting, use labor market intelligence and analytics to guide decisions, and ensure our hiring practices scale thoughtfully as the organization grows.

What You’ll Lead & Influence:Strategic Team Leadership

  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, setting a high bar for partnership, accountability, and candidate experience.
  • Establish clear performance expectations using outcome-based metrics such as quality of hire, time-to-fill, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience.
  • Elevate team capability by modeling executive-level consultative behaviors.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and data-informed decision making.

Executive & Critical Search Ownership

  • Personally lead confidential, executive-level and high-impact searches aligned with enterprise strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders — providing insight on market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Facilitate thoughtful intake conversations that align business objectives with a clear talent strategy.
  • Ensure a high-touch, professional, and discreet experience for senior-level candidates.

Data-Driven Operational Excellence

  • Standardize and optimize intake processes and hiring strategy discussions to create predictability and quality.
  • Develop and deliver meaningful recruiting analytics and executive-level reporting.
  • Translate recruiting data into actionable insights that support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor team capacity, requisition flow, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable execution.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and operational leaders to align on governance and enterprise standards.
  • Leverage ATS technology — preferably iCIMS — to drive efficiency, reporting accuracy, and process scalability.

Strategic Talent Advisory

  • Align recruiting priorities with organizational growth strategy and healthcare workforce demands.
  • Proactively build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Stay current on healthcare labor market trends and industry best practices.
  • Lead process improvements and talent acquisition transformation initiatives where needed.

What You Bring: Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally within healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
  • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior and executive leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience in complex, fast-paced, or growth-oriented organizations.
  • Experience using recruiting analytics to inform hiring strategy and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to balance team leadership with hands-on executive requisition ownership.
  • Strong consultative, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate confidential searches with professionalism and discretion.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
