Role Description The Service Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for providing administrative and service support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation and reports related to community programs and services. The role involves responding to inquiries, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring timely resolution of routine issues. The Service Administrator may also assist with basic technical support for remote tools, help onboard and train staff on procedures, and collaborate with colleagues to improve service processes and communication.

- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer service abilities to respond to inquiries, support participants, and handle concerns professionally.
- Administrative assistance skills such as organizing records, managing schedules, and preparing documentation.
- Basic technical support capabilities to assist with remote work tools and troubleshoot routine user issues.
- Training skills to help orient staff or volunteers on processes, systems, and service standards.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Comfort with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, video conferencing platforms).
- Prior experience in nonprofit, social services, or philanthropy settings is beneficial but not required.
