Founder’s Associate (Growth)

Cogello is an early-stage neurotech × digital health startup on a mission to make mental performance more visible than ever. We build modern systems that make it possible to observe mental performance at scale, quickly and reliably. 

Our current focus is on making student attention patterns visible in classrooms. Our long-term vision spans across education, research, healthcare, and law.

Cogello was incorporated in July 2025. The name Cogello comes from “cognition” + “hello,” a simple idea: make cognitive data accessible from the first interaction.

About the Role

As the Founder’s Associate (Growth), you’ll be a growth force multiplier. This is a 0 → 1 role. You’ll be working directly with the founder to figure out what works and create product demand.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (optional)

Commitment: Flexible

Duration: Ongoing

Compensation: Performance-based (tied to outcomes)

Start Date: Rolling

You’ll receive a percentage of revenue tied to outcomes you help generate (e.g., pilot commitments).

What You’ll Do

• Attract decision-makers (school leaders, researchers, partners) to Cogello
• Convert interest into letters of intent and paid pilots
• Support and refine outbound messaging and positioning
• Design simple systems for outreach and follow-up
• Execute a weekly growth project
