
Recruiting Support & Culture Coordinator

This 100% remote role will assist the operations team with a variety of administrative, culture-related, and recruiting support-based tasks. You’ll have the opportunity to assist multiple teams across our company, delivering a high-quality level of service both internally and externally.
What you’ll do:
- Format/review/edit resumes
- Support our recruiting teams with administrative tasks, such as reference checks
- Input and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system
- Company/job management in our applicant tracking system
- Submit candidates to our clients’ applicant tracking systems
- Manage a number of our reports
- Conduct reference checks
- Oversee and own a number of the company culture initiatives
- Other ad-hoc projects, as they arise
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in recruiting or administrative operations is a plus, but not required; we’re excited to teach you and get you up to speed!
- Extreme attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously in a remote environment
- Prior experience with Google Workspace and ATS/CRMs is a plus
- Exceptional time management; you are proactive and have a strong sense of urgency
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Access to a personal computer, phone, internet, MS Word, and Excel; strong computer skills
