Our client, a global market leader in automotive services, is seeking a Project & Process Delivery Manager for a high-impact international function focused on franchise and new market development. This is a high-visibility role within a fast-moving team responsible for improving how the organisation supports franchise partners worldwide.
The role will ensure the delivery of a portfolio of activities and initiatives, shaping effective process flow between the team, franchise partners, and key stakeholders across the organisation. It will also contribute to fostering an innovation-driven culture, supporting the digitalisation and continuous improvement of processes and ways of working across the wider business.
You will coordinate and drive delivery of strategic projects spanning Operations, Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience, Legal, and Compliance — from mobilisation through to implementation and adoption.
This is not an IT project management role. Instead, you will act as the central organiser, ensuring initiatives move from concept to execution across a complex, matrix organisation. Many initiatives involve new tools, platforms, or process digitalisation, so confidence working on technology-enabled projects and collaborating with IT and digital teams is important.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end delivery of projects and initiatives
- Identifying performance improvement opportunities and business value
- Coordinating across multiple teams to ensure timely execution
- Establishing light-touch governance and managing risks
- Driving process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives
- Leading the business-side implementation of a new CRM platform, working closely with IT and digital teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption
- Supporting the development of Standard Operating Procedures across franchise markets
- Engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- Proven delivery management experience (plus 5 years) in fast-moving environments
- Strong process mapping and process transformation capability
- Experience implementing technology or digital solutions
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Bachelors degree, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Professional fluency in English
