German-Speaking Sales Specialist – Remote (Spain)Location: Remote in Spain Work Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Start Date: ASAP About The Role We are looking for a motivated German-speaking Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across the German-speaking market in Spain. You will collaborate with clients to provide tailored solutions, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to support campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1–C2) and good English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote model, depending on location.
