Job Title: SEO, ASO & Paid Ads ExpertAbout the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven digital marketing specialist to lead SEO, ASO, and Paid Advertising for the Mini Global region (Caribbean, Oceania, South Asia). This role focuses on growing organic and paid traffic while navigating crypto ad restrictions by leveraging alternative ad networks and optimizing search discoverability.

Key Responsibilities:SEO & ASO Optimization

• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
• Source regional sites for backlinks.
• Enhance App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve app discoverability and downloads.
• Monitor and analyze SEO & ASO performance

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

• Execute and optimize Meta Ads while aligning with the global team.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns which do not overlap with the global team's effort (Collaborate with the global Paid Ads team, dotted reporting to Paid team).
• Source local vendors for app ads
• Identify new opportunities for high-converting ad placements in Mini Global.
• Ads and paid articles on local news/blog sites across key countries.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on SEO, ASO, and paid ad performance.
• Use Google Analytics, App Store Insights, and ad platform dashboards to optimize growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

✅ 3+ years experience in digital marketing, specifically in SEO, ASO & Paid Ads.

✅ Experience with crypto, fintech, or high-restriction industries.

✅ Proficiency in SEO & ASO tools.

✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

✅ Regional experience in Caribbean, Oceania, or South Asia is a plus.
