Bright & Duggan Group, Australia’s leading name in strata management, is seeking an experienced and motivated Strata Manager to join our expanding team in the Port Macquarie region.

About the Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of buildings, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead meetings, resolve issues, and drive positive outcomes for your communities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to quality and safety.
About You:
- Desirable - Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management or property management
- Certificate of Registration and Strata License - Desirable
- Strong knowledge of strata regulations and bylaws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
