Role Overview This is a remote role where the individual will be located within the UK or Republic of Ireland. We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Project Manager to join our delivery team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate will bring consultancy or Salesforce partner experience, a strong command of project delivery frameworks, and the communication skills required to work effectively with distributed teams and client stakeholders. This role requires confident facilitation of remote meetings, status updates, and governance routines in a hybrid Agile-Waterfall environment. Delivery Environment

- Governance processes aligned to enterprise PMO standards

You will most likley, but not necessary, be fulfilling a Salesforce Project Manager role already with 5-8 years of consulting and successful implementations. Core SkillsYour skills and experiencesCriteriaExpectations for roleExperience 6–8 years leading Salesforce-related or SAAS projects Preferred Background Experience working for a Salesforce partner or Cloud technology consultancy Certifications Recognised project management certification (e.g., Agile Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) Salesforce Certifications Salesforce Knowledge Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem, at a minimum, core Salesforce products and terminology Delivery Experience Managed end-to-end projects from initiation through go-live; adept at hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery Stakeholder Engagement Leads project planning, status reporting, and risk/issue management with both internal and client teams Team Leadership Manages cross-functional teams across time zones; supports consultants, BAs, and developers through the delivery lifecycle Communication Excellent verbal and written English; confident presenter and facilitator of remote meetings, workshops, and playback sessions Specific SkillsDelivery & GovernanceClient & Team EngagementSalesforce-Specific Exposure RAID & milestone tracking Workshop facilitation Experience across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud Project planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, LucidChart, Google Slides/PPX) Executive-level reporting Familiarity with DevOps tooling (e.g., Jira, Gearset, Azure DevOps) Budget & resource management Stakeholder management Exposure to Salesforce implementation lifecycles Change control & scope management Coaching of teams Understanding of Agile ceremonies and waterfall milestones EssentialEssential and desirable certifications
