Finance Operations Manager

Aggie Lal is building a movement at the intersection of biohacking, wellness, and community. As an influencer-led brand, our world spans the Biohacking Bestie supplement line, the Bestie app, and our courses, products that all coexist as one connected ecosystem. We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to be the financial backbone of the business: someone who keeps cash flow healthy, the books clean, and our forecasting sharp as we grow.

This is a hands-on, high-trust role reporting directly into leadership. Finance is the heart of it, you’ll own AP/AR, FP&A, and month-end, while the operations side can grow over time. If you love bringing order to a fast-moving business and have a real feel for cash flow, you’ll thrive here.

What you’ll own

• Accounts payable & receivable — lead AP/AR end to end, keeping payments and receivables accurate and on time.
• FP&A — build budgets, track performance against plan, and turn numbers into clear guidance for decisions.
• Cash flow management — monitor and protect cash flow so the business stays healthy and ahead of its needs.
• Month-end reconciliation — close the books cleanly and on schedule every month and work closely with the Accountant at the correct times throughout the year..
• Product & financial forecasting — model demand, margins, and revenue across the product ecosystem.
• Manufacturer oversight — manage supplier relationships, costs, and POs on the supplement side.

What we’re looking for

• Solid finance experience — this is non-negotiable, including hands-on AP/AR and FP&A.
• Direct experience managing cash flow in a cash-flow-driven business.
• Comfort owning month-end close, reconciliation, and financial forecasting.
• Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to keep clean, reliable  documents..
• A proactive, organized self-starter who can work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Operations experience — helpful, but it can be minimal or learned on the job.
• Experience in DTC, e-commerce, supplements, or another physical-product business.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Shopify, or similar finance and commerce tools.
• Genuine interest in wellness, biohacking, and the world we’re building.

The detailsCompensation is $70,000. This role is fully remote-friendly. We welcome applicants of every background — if your finance experience is strong but you don’t check every other box, we still want to hear from you.
