Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Agent in the Live Entertainment field. The Talent Agent will be responsible for fostering relationships with venue clients, securing booking opportunities, and, negotiating contracts. They will support artists by obtaining bookings that firther the career id the artists. The position involves maintaining a keen understanding of the entertainment industry and contributing to the growth and success of BiCoastal Productions. And it requires a 24/7 mentality of reaching out to our established clientele

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with artists, clients, and team members
• Proven ability and experience in entertainment Sales and contract negotiation within the entertainment industry
• Passionate about live entertainment, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while achieving team goals
• Prior experience in live entertainment, event management, or a related field is required
• Proficiency in industry-specific software or platforms is a plus
