  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold the premium institutional image by delivering empathetic, high-fidelity, and professional service.
  • Data Integrity: Meticulously document all customer interactions within our enterprise CRM system to optimize the end-to-end user journey.
  • Knowledge Leadership: Maintain a vanguard position regarding new product launches and technical updates through continuous, specialized training.

  • Linguistic Mastery: Native or Near-native proficiency in Italian is essential; a solid B2 level of English is required for internal corporate integration and training.

  • Technological Literacy: A natural aptitude for technology and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts with clarity and simplicity.
