Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Growth. The Head of Growth will be responsible for designing and implementing growth strategies, managing customer acquisition campaigns, applying growth hacking techniques, and collaborating with the sales and business development teams to drive revenue growth. This role involves constant analysis of key performance indicators, setting actionable priorities, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Growth Marketing and Customer Acquisition
  • Experience in Growth Marketing techniques and strategies
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Ideal Profile:

5+ yrs in consumer products (bonus: health/wellness/subscription)

Exceptional growth modeling skills, influencer marketing experience, fluent in funnels, A/B testing, and retention strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum C1 level of at least 2+ languages. We are a diverse and multicountry company.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Willingless to work odd hours due to time-zone.
  • Willingless to travel and relocate work on-site if needed in the mid future.
