CLAIMS SPECIALIST (NSW, VIC, QLD, & SA)

About The Role We are actively seeking a ‘Claims Specialist’. We’re looking for someone with a passion for excellence to our Team and take on the role of delivering top-notch service, while forging strong connections with our clients. As Claims Specialist, you’ll dive into the front-end process, ensuring you’re across claim progress and KPIs, but most importantly exceptional communication across total claim life! This is a great opportunity to grow your client relationship skills, managing and providing nothing short of stellar service. As a natural people person, your engagement and relationship skills will be key! No matter where you’re based we want to hear from you. Here's what you'll do!

• Successfully drive front-end claims, partnering with internal and external teams alike
• Deliver service excellence to our unique clientele.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships, striving to deliver on KPI's.
• Most importantly, maintain an open line of communication across the total claim life!
