Full-Stack Software Engineer

What You’ll Do Here

• Develop full-stack applications, delivering high-performance and seamless user experiences.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the application architecture with a focus on scalability, performance, and clean code.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to implement innovative features leveraging user feedback and data.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs (e.g., analytics, payments, auth) to enhance application functionality.
• Deliver exceptional code quality, incorporating advanced animations and transitions to create intuitive user interactions.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve application issues throughout the development lifecycle to ensure performance, stability, and the best possible user experience.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience leading or participating in large development projects from conception through launch.
• Expert-level knowledge in React with hands-on experience in Node, TypeScript, REST APIs, and GraphQL
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Maestro) to ensure reliability and integrity of the application.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working in a remote-first team environment.
• Strong visual sensibility and design intuition, bringing a creative and thoughtful approach to UI/UX design, animations, and visual interactions.
• Self-motivated and thrives in an autonomous environment, capable of driving projects forward independently while aligning with company priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack application development, with strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency in modern front-end best practices, component-driven architecture, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git and familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token).
• Familiarity with backend integration using RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Bonus: Exposure to Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL for light full-stack work.

Bonus Points

• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Previous experience in a tech startup or agile development environment.
• Proficiency in React Native a strong plus

Compensation

• Full-time, remote position.
• Expected salary range: $110,000 – $180,000/year, depending on experience and seniority.
