About the Role

We are hiring a Software Engineer to support projects with Meta. This role involves building scalable, high-performance systems that serve millions of users globally. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, system design knowledge, and experience working in fast-paced product-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in system design discussions and architecture planning
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or Go
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend development
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale systems
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Prior experience supporting large tech clients is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
