🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English (written and spoken – C1 level), essential for daily communication with international teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure rigorous inventory tracking and optimization.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, with the ability to analyze and reconcile operational data from multiple sources. While our data analyst can support with technical work, you should be able to define clear data needs, understand the logic behind the numbers, and audit data accuracy in a business context.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally (with teams) and externally (with suppliers), with the ability to clearly and professionally share information.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure all tasks and processes are managed efficiently and on time.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, showing initiative when dealing with challenges.
• Eagerness to learn and grow continuously in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Build and maintain forecasting models on Google Sheets / Excel with help from the marketing team, prepare detailed inventory reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Record and track purchase orders, inventory receptions and movements to ensure accurate inventory tracking across multiple locations.
• Send purchase orders and coordinate by email with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries (light communication, not a procurement role).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Support, Marketing, and Tech to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and alignment across departments.
• Apply basic financial and inventory principles (e.g., FIFO, landed costs…) to ensure clean, reliable stock data
• Update and maintain operational documentation using internal management tools.
• Contribute to improving supply chain processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable improvements.

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• High level of organization, responsibility, and autonomy in your work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
• Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken
