Growth Analytics Specialist at BairesDev
We are seeking a Growth Analytics Specialist to provide the data foundation that powers our growth experiments and marketing decisions. You will build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and surface actionable insights that help the growth team move faster and invest smarter.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain growth dashboards that track acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive funnel analyses to identify drop-off points and prioritize optimization opportunities.
- Support experiment design and statistical analysis to ensure growth tests are properly instrumented and interpreted.
- Develop audience segmentation models and cohort analyses that inform targeting and personalization strategies.
- Partner with marketing, product, and data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable data flows.
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a data-focused marketing role.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets to answer business questions.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts relevant to A/B testing and experiment analysis.
