Job Summary
The Data Analyst supports Distributor Operations by analyzing data, creating reports, and providing insights that improve processes and decision-making. Reporting to the Data Team Manager, this role ensures data accuracy, streamlines workflows, and contributes to continuous operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Distributor Operations stakeholders
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support projects and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Validate data integrity through routine audits and quality checks
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or operational data systems preferred
- Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Analytical thinking and detail orientation
