Human Resources Generalist

This role MUST work East Coast hours, but can sit 100% remote in the United States.

This is a broad-based HR Generalist position, touching on all HR operations and employee life cycle. This will be an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:

• Create a scalable, cohesive HR infrastructure that is tailored to employees at all levels.
• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from candidate to end to end onboarding experience, creating seamless, scalable, and highly effective processes that ensure new employees feel welcomed, ramped and integrated into the business and team.
• Develop, implement, enforce policies that are compliant, practical, and are aligned with the culture and environment we want to create for our employees and to support the business.
• Engage with employees on employee relations matters, cultural initiatives, and day to day process development and improvement to provide a work environment conducive to success.
• Responsible for processing payroll through ADP.
• Research, benchmark, manage our comprehensive compensation, benefits, and perks offered.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Must have experience working in tech, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be able to work East Coast.

The Salary is based on location, and experience. The range is between $90-$130k.
