About the Role:Title: Program Manager Non Tech 1Location: RemoteTypical Day in the Role:

• Purpose of the Team: The team is launching a new organization focused on service management and execution within the Customer Success Unit (CSU), with sub-teams for customer health success programs, cloud and AI, consumption and usage, and governance.
• Key Projects: Projects include driving and executing customer health programs, supporting cloud/AI innovation, and managing consumption and usage initiatives.
• Typical Task Breakdown & Operating Rhythm:
• Program management, project management, and change management tasks.
• Creating documentation and presentation decks.
• Analyzing trends, identifying productivity improvements, and running pilots.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across various solution areas.
• Removing blockers and supporting both proactive and reactive customer engagements.

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: at least 2 years of experience;
• Degrees or Certifications Required: Bachelor’s degree is important; program management certifications (PMP/PMI) are preferred but not required.
• Disqualifiers: Poor attitude, arrogance, or lack of relevant skills.
• Best vs. Average: Best candidates are positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, passionate about technology, and collaborative.
• Performance Indicators: Success measures for each program, quality and clarity of work, communication skills, ability to deliver with speed and quality, and effectiveness in engaging with executive leadership.

• Strong Program Management (2 years): Ability to drive and execute programs.
• Relationship/Stakeholder Management (2 years): Proven experience managing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Salary Range: $58,240 - 66,240 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
