What you’ll do:

• Build and execute a social growth strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube.
• Create and repurpose content with speed and discipline.
• Engineer virality while keeping the brand premium and credible.
• Use analytics to iterate fast and double down on what works.
• Align personal brand messaging with Ariete’s positioning (finance, Golden Visa, tech innovation, Italian excellence).

What you need:

• A proven track record of growing personal brands (not just corporate accounts).
• Ability to edit images and videos for social media sharing both long and short format.
• Fluency in English (Italian a plus).
• Obsessed with growth, culture, and storytelling.
• Ability to work at startup speed: launch, test, iterate.

Salary package above market, full remote is a possibility but must be based in Italy.
