About the Company & Role
I am exclusively representing an established law firm seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to join its growing eDiscovery team.
The team supports a broad range of legal matters, working closely with legal teams and clients to deliver eDiscovery and legal technology solutions throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced eDiscovery professional looking to manage projects, provide practical advice to legal teams and contribute to the continued development of an established eDiscovery practice.
The successful candidate will manage multiple eDiscovery projects of varying complexity, providing advice throughout the EDRM while helping to drive process improvement, technology adoption and the use of emerging AI and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Project Manager:
- Engage with legal teams at an early stage to understand eDiscovery requirements and advise on appropriate solutions
- Manage multiple eDiscovery projects of varying complexity across the EDRM
- Provide clear, practical advice to lawyers and clients on eDiscovery workflows, technology and best practice
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations around timing and cost, providing alternative solutions and reasoned recommendations where appropriate
- Deliver high-quality and timely output to internal and external clients
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and overall service delivery
- Evaluate and integrate AI technologies and automation tools into eDiscovery workflows
- Troubleshoot technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the wider eDiscovery service
- Support knowledge sharing, training and best-practice initiatives across the team
- Stay up to date with developments across eDiscovery, legal technology and emerging technologies
Qualifications of an eDiscovery Project Manager:
- 3+ years of experience managing eDiscovery projects
- Strong practical understanding of the EDRM and eDiscovery best practice
- Hands-on experience with Relativity is essential; accreditation is preferable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear and accessible support to legal teams
- Experience managing multiple eDiscovery projects and competing priorities
- Legal or Computer Science degree desirable, but not essential
Pay Range & Benefits
- £60,000 - £70,000
- Fully remote
