2. About the Opportunity:
The Project Manager role is responsible for managing and delivering mid to large-scale interactive website design and development projects. Serving as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams, the position plays a critical role in ensuring project success by coordinating resources, prioritizing deliverables, and maintaining oversight across multiple workstreams. This role contributes to the organization''s effectiveness by driving project execution and client satisfaction.
3. Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects with creative, design, strategy, and technology teams.
- Oversee daily project activities and serve as the focal point for delivery across various workstreams.
- Manage deliverable requirements, change and risk management, and coordination of hybrid client and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with discipline leads to meet project objectives.
4. Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery through design, development, and implementation.
- Familiarity with managing projects within established design systems to ensure cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to ensure projects meet objectives on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
- Skills in monitoring project risks and scope creep with proactive problem-solving.
- Experience identifying client needs and linking solutions to objectives and future requirements.
- Competence in managing client expectations and acting on feedback.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for project status and strategic recommendations.
- Experience with project management or KANBAN tools such as Asana, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- This role is not open to candidates residing in New Mexico or Hawaii, USA.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 USD, with exact placement depending on experience, qualifications, specialization, budget, market demand, and local conditions.
